How Does It Work?
The BOMA Board of Directors has opened an opportunity in April for TEN MEMBERSHIP FAST PASSES to skip the Allied Waitlist to become Allied Members on a first come, first served basis. We hope you will take advantage of this opportunity!
- This offer is for 2025.
- Anyone currently on the Allied Waitlist is welcome to participate!
- You can help us grow BOMA Membership by finding two (2) NEW Real Estate Members to join BOMA Greater Dallas. You would cover their Membership dues for two years, in addition to yours for 2025. This would likely be someone whom you would like to work with, help promote business, spend time with at BOMA events, etc. The first recruited Real Estate Member must be either a Real Estate Principal Member or Real Estate Additional Member.
- The second recruited Real Estate Member may be from any of the Real Estate Membership types, except Real Estate Student.
- Once you find two new Members, you will put together the completed package of items below for the BOMA office to review.
- Once the complete package is reviewed and approved by the BOMA office, you will be contacted to make a payment for the Allied, plus the two real estate, for two-year, Membership dues.
- BOMA will accept the first ten to complete each of the steps below. This is a first come, first served opportunity.
After the first ten, this opportunity goes away for 2025! Unfortunately, if you are number 11 or after, BOMA will not be able to grant Membership at this time and you will remain on the Allied Waitlist; though, you will likely move higher on the list.
What Do You Need?
BOMA Staff must receive in-hand, or via confirmed email or courier, ALL of the following. We do not recommend you use USPS mail as it will likely be too slow. Thus, send an employee as a courier to the BOMA office for those items that cannot be forwarded electronically or via BOMA Staff assistance by phone.
- Certificate of Insurance.
- 1st Letter of Recommendation or email from Commercial Real Estate (CRE) professional attesting to your company’s professionalism (must be CRE from Dallas metroplex area).
- 2nd Letter of Recommendation or email from Commercial Real Estate (CRE) professional attesting to your company’s professionalism (must be CRE from Dallas metroplex area).
- High resolution company logo.
- Name, Company, Title, Email, and Phone of first NEW Real Estate Member you have recruited (can be the same as step 2 or 3).
- Name, Company, Title, Email, and Phone of second NEW Real Estate Member you have recruited (can be the same as step 2 or 3).
- Payment for your Allied Primary Membership PLUS two years dues for two Real Estate Members (See the Member Types webpage for current dues rates).
FAST PASS DUES – 5 TOTAL!
Our dues cycle is annual with Membership expiring December 31st. Thus, when dues are paid, your Membership will include the rest of this calendar year. Membership is per individual, not per company. Be sure to make a note that full dues for 2026 will be due before the year’s end.
